New Fiber Source Means Increased Production

Many thanks to one of our wood pellet production teams for setting aside the time to process this new agricultural fiber (not from wood) for us to better establish its effectiveness in liquid retention. As a result this material absorbs, and more importantly, “retains” under pressure considerably more aqueous liquids than wood fiber will, about 2X’s more.  We have accessed more than a million tons of this material and are currently installing process equipment to convert this material to our patented Power Pellets by incorporating our blend of SAP additives resulting in a crumbled agricultural pellet that performs like no other in the environmental/industrial remediation market.

Consider managing a sludge or slurry containing 50% water using only about 5 or 6% (by weight) drying material. This has been a game changer in managing liquid waste for years and soon available on a much lager scale.

The days of battling with the fuel pellet market for the wood fiber to make our Power Pellets are soon behind us.  We currently have production from Ohio thru South Carolina. In the coming months this new fiber source will easily service Mississippi and surrounding states.  Given the recent demand for our Power Pellets product we expect in the coming months to be producing in east Texas and will be adding to our team of production facilities in the Carolinas and Virginia.
